Very poor
Advised that we had to use the app to order which we did and then watched 7 tables order and receive their food before us.
When I asked at the kitchen having waited 40 minutes was told it was because of ordering on the app.

Well done to the Team in Taplow! Such a friendly bunch of people. The food was amazing!!!! The team were so attentive, asked if the was food was good and if we needed anything else with our meal. The food was quick, hot and fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed it and such a wonderful atmosphere. You can tell they all enjoy working there. :-)

A Rubbish Restuarant
HI, I visited the O2 Arena a few days ago, and before the show, I went for a meal to TGI Fridays, only to find they were only doing bookings. The next nearest place was Frankie & Bennys.
I must admit, I wasn't sure if I'd made the right decision, and unfortunately, it turned out my thoughts were right!
On entering the place, there weren't many customers in.
The staff showed me to a table for two which I didn't like, but were reluctant to give me one of the MANY empty fourseaters, despite the fact that the place was ''empty''.
I ended up on a two seat table, right next to a place where the staff tally up bills etc, so was a busy part of the place.
I didn't like it, but accepted it.
I was given a menu, but in no time at all, I was being asked to order. I told the waiter I needed more time, but ordered a large beer, and a large glass of Merlot.
Again I was being rushed, to give my order, and they then left me alone.
I called over, and then ordered a Hunters Chicken with the usual trimmings, and It was failry quick being delivered to my table.
I looked at it and it seemed ok, be it having very fewer chips than other places.
When I started to eat, I found that every item on the plate wasn't very hot.
I called a waiter, and he took the meal away, but soon brought a replacement. As it was so quick, I said ''has it been microwaved?'', to which he confirmed ''no''.
I tried the chips first, and they weren't much better than the first lot!, but as I was very hungry by this time, shrugged it off and carried on.
I then asked for a side of garlic and cheese ciabatta. Well, when it came, I was gobsmacked. It was the size of a small pizza, cheese in the middle, and disappearing as you got nearer to the edge, with no cheese visible at all, but the worst of it was that the bread was not much thicker than a potato crisp! What a rip off, and it cost £3.90!!!
So, apart from the overpriced Italian Merlot and the overpriced Lager beer tasting ok, this was an extremely bad experience, meaning I will never enter an F&B again.
All told, it was a really bad experience. What a shame I couldn't get into TGI Fridays!!!!!

Tired and lacking Frankie and Benny’s atmosphere
We visited Frankie and Benny’s at Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Park, on 25/02/2022. I had our two teenage boys in tow and we opted for F&Bs because if the normally excellent lunchtime menu. We entered the restaurant, it lacked the usual atmosphere, there was no music playing and no staff on front desk. After 5 minutes we were greeted by a member of staff, no, I correct myself, we were not greeted, the member of staff presented herself at the desk and just looked at me…. I asked for a lunch table for three and we were shown to a table. We were given a menu each, not the lunchtime menu. Then, out of nowhere, a different member of staff leaned into our table, grabbed one of our menus and said, “can I just borrow this for this table, I’ll give it back in a moment” I was shocked, not only by the rudeness, but by the lack of awareness to prevent contamination of Covid. Add to this the fact that the hand sanitiser dispenser was empty on arrival and the one on the desk also empty, I felt that this restaurant was way below par regards hygiene and customer safety. Then we ordered drinks, I asked for refillable Diet Coke x 3, the lunch menu states free refills for £3.00. I asked the member of staff for a lunch menu, she struggled to find one, after a short while I offered to use my phone to stop her flapping. We ordered 2 courses; garlic bread, chicken strips x 2, Cajun Chicken Wrap, Pepperoni Pizza and Spaghetti Bolognese. The started arrived and we’re good value, decent portions. Then the main arrived; Pizza okay, Wrap okay, but my Spaghetti Bolognese was very disappointing. The bowl had an adequate amount of pasta; however, the bolognese sauce was almost absent, it looked like the chef had used a desert spoon to add the sauce. The amount of sauce was awful, once mixed with the pasta there was hardly any colour change and evidence of meat content was minimal. The floor staff were busy, we waited for further soft drinks and overall the experience was regrettable. The restaurant appeared tired in appearance, it lacked atmosphere and felt unrelated to other excellent Frankie and Benny’s we have frequented. When the bill was delivered to table, the staff member gave my son the feedback tablet and said,”Fill this out love, we’re looking for 5 stars.” We did complete the feedback honestly. The final insult was the bill, we had been charged for large soft drinks, £3.40, rather than £3.00 for regular. I questioned the bill, the staff member said,”oh yeah, well it’s only 40p difference.” Laughing off my question. I made the point that the bill was incorrect, it did not match my order, it fell on deaf ears. Unfortunately this visit might be my last to a Frankie and Benny’s, a diner that has been one of our staples for 20 years plus.

Tamworth B79 7PP on Fri 21st Jan 2022…
Tamworth B79 7PP on Fri 21st Jan 2022 8-9pm. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the restaurant clean and bench seats comfy enough. The surroundings pleasant and the menu promising, but the food was not good at all. Salmon Risotto: salmon over-cooked, broccoli hard and stringy, rice was hard and the whole dish bore little resemblance to a risotto. Meat pizza doughy and under-baked. The sharing bread was also under baked and later gave my wife indigestion.
We complained politely, but instead of taking it seriously and passing the message onto the kitchen the bill showed an NHS-worker reduction on one main - a little dishonest if you ask me. It wasn't cheap and the next night we found somewhere else. Great ice-cream, but poor food.

Frankie and Benny's Braehead
Went this afternoon with our two kids and food was lovely. Potions were good and kids meals especially good value, but what topped our visit off was the service from Stephanie, she was great, great with the kids, and made the whole experience exceptional! Will definitely be back!

Great pizza
We actually like this area! Exceptional location, specially if you are on a night time out to the cinema. Adequate parking, as long as you do not move on cineworld's cheap tuesday, and we've got in no way needed to wait too long for a desk. It may get very busy in there, however there is lots of area and tables. The personnel are very friendly and useful, and the food is out of this world. It genuinely may be very tasty, particularly the folded pizzas, and it is now not too expensive either. I would propose this to all and sundry!
